Syncing stuck and not working after update

I am having the same issue as some other users, still not syncing after update it has now been 3 weeks since any files have synced and I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions given to other people querying this issue.

 

When can you provide any advise on this issue that will help

 

So frustrating.....

Hi @farm1234, let's jump right into this! 

 

Is it safe to assume, that you're using a Mac device, and the update you mentioned is related to the new macOS? If I'm wrong, don't hesitate to correct me, and let me know more in regards to this. 

 

Can you also clarify the precise OS of the device, along with the app's syncing status while we speak? 

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
