The Dropbox app for Windows in S mode still works?
For me is offline for almost 2 weeks until now.

Hi,
No, you can see the problem on picture. The Windows Defender firewall is off.
I already clean cache and uninstall, logout and login but still off-line so I cant upload, save or delete files like before.
Sorry to jump in here, @nascimentogamobile.
Do you perhaps have some kind of security app installed, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, etc., that could be affecting the app?
If so, can you temporarily disable them, to see if that helps?
