The Dropbox website loads for a second, then disappears

I have been unable to get into my dropbox account. The page loads for a second and then disappears and I get only a white screen. I tried clearing the cache, rebooting the computer (I use windows 10 and firefox for my browser), but nothing helps. Signing back in was a nightmare but I finally got that accomplished, but the page is back to loading for one second and then disappearing again.

Help!

Hey @jgreer001, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you tried using a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?

Let me know what you find.

I did try another browser and found that it loaded just fine. So it's my Firefox that's the trouble. I closed all the Firefox extensions and it loaded. I put them back one by one and found the culprit that was causing the trouble.

So now I'm on the Firefox community asking what can be done about that.

Problem solved as far as Dropbox is concerned.
