I'm a retired professor of English, using Dropbox to manage a large corpus of Early Modern texts--mostly editorial work. I'm not very tech savvy.
This morning a colleague shared a set of documents with me. They showed up on the dropbox.com site, which has a large Upload button . I had no idea how to download the file. After some fumbling around and chatting with a helpful member of your staff, I learned that a Download button is squirreled away in the More section, marked by three inconspicuous dots. If there is a highly visible UPLOAD icon on a page, the DOWNLOAD should be as prominent. Never underestimate the ignorance of the average user!!!
