Troubles signing in

So, I'm using my PC to login, but on my other devices I'm able to sign in using my microsoft account, but for some reason Dropbox doesn't accept that no matter what I do, all of my saved stuff is on that account, how do I fix this?

Do you mean that you’re unable to sign in to your Dropbox account with Microsoft on the desktop app or via www.dropbox.com?

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the options you see when trying to log in to that Dropbox account? Just make sure your personal info isn’t showing.

Sorry, I want to, but I just tried to get to that point by signing out on one of the devices and now I can no longer sign in from there. Also, I meant both the website and app

I've solved the problem by resetting the password
