Hi hoping someone can point me in the right direction as DB support have been unsuccessful so far..
Dropbox unable to start, permissions error. This started after windows 10 did a feature update.
I have tried extended uninstall and reinstall etc.
My DB folder is on an external HD via usb, as has always been. If I reinstall DB and create a new folder on the HD it works until a restart then same error.
.....................
EDIT: I have tried scanning HDs for errors etc, as suggested elsewhere, but these are all fine.
All files and drives are not set as read-only
Also have tried rolling back to an earlier version of DB app, but same error..
