I discovered that one of my folders has multiple (numerous!) files that are 0kb now, mostly .ppts and .docs. For whatever reason, all of them have the same date of access, and I cannot seem to recover them anywhere. I'm not sure what happened and how to proceed - please help? All of them are files that I use for teaching and had many many many photos, usually over 10mb, and are going to be very difficult for me to replace. Any help much appreciated!
I have had this same issue. Two files keep getting zeroed out. We have tried uploading a new version of the file multiple times from different computers. both on the web interface and on our desktops. The file is fine until the next morning, when it shows up once again as 0kb. Deleted files have also started reappearing. The issue first started happening sometime around December 15.
I have had the same problem on a Shared Folder. I have lost all my files and cannot understand why. I feel I need to keep a copy somewhere else of the files i have on the Dropbox folder. It's the exact opposite of what Dropbox is about (files backed up on the cloud).
Do you have an idea of how to get in touch with Dropbox support ? I cannot find a path to write them an email.
Same problem. Original and newer copies all showing up empty, but with no file history to revert to.

Wish I could. I don't have a Restoration Link, so it won't let me.
