Hello. I have an older Mac laptop. I need to free up some app memory space (sorry if that's the wrong language to use). I am not using dropbox, so I went to delete it from my apps. When I tried to do so, I got an error message saying that I cannot delete the app because it's open. When I went to close the app, it is requiring me to log in. I went through those steps and it says that it cannot open because my operating system is not supported by dropbox. Is there any work around? Thanks.
Thanks for your post, @redwinejazz!
Can you clarify what’s your computer’s exact OS?
If you open your Activity Monitor, do you see any activity related to Dropbox? If yes, please quit it, and then try to delete the app once again from your computer.
Does that seem to help?
If not, please send me a few screenshots of any errors you're receiving, and I'll take a look.
Keep me updated.
