Hey hoping someone can help. I am trying to download the dropbox desktop app- i can get it to download but my mac wont open?

Any ideas

Hey there, @sian w, I'd be happy to help! 

 

Is the app installed on the device as we speak? Does it give you any errors when you try to launch it?

 

I'd also suggest that you try the offline installer, to see if this changes the behavior.
