iPad App Version 182.2.2 - Scan Document no longer lets me save after scanning

Since few days ago, Scan Document no longer lets me save after scanning.  It lets me scan the docuent but stays on the capture screen and won't go to the save screen.

 

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this issue?

Thank you for your quick response.

I tried your suggestion but it failed to fix the issue unfortunately.

However, the recent App update to version 184.2.4 solved the issue!!!

I'm so glad that the problem was taken care of wth the update.

Hi @domo; welcome to the Community!

 

Truth be told, we had some similar reports lately about the scanning feature and I'd love to look into this.

 

Could you confirm that you're using the most updated version of your iPad's OS and try clearing the app's cache as well?

 

1. Navigate to the 'Personal' or 'Account' tab
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
3. Select “Clear Cache”

 

Once this is done then please ensure you log out of the Dropbox application, then restart your device and log back in again.
