iPhone 14 Pro Max - Can't sync the content I have on my PC

iPhone 14 Pro Max - Can't sync the content I have on my PC

hi there!

Since I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max, my dropbox has not been able to sync. No matter what I do, log in, log in again, reinstall the app, it keeps telling me I don't have the correct subscription. However, when I log in to my PC, I have the correct subscription and everything works fine. I can just log in, but it doesn't sync all the files that I can consult on the PC. Everything went perfectly on my previous iPhone 13. Anyone have any idea what I can do?

If its saying you dont have the right subscription you are logging in to a different account.

Click on the Dropbox icon on the status bar of your computer, then the little circle icon top right and it will show you the email you have registered on the computer. Make sure its that email that you are also using on the Phone
