I'm really keen to try Dropbox Dash, however whenever I try to join the beta, I get the error message "Dash isn't available for your plan yet."
This help article has a list of users who can't try Dash. My account doesn't meet any of those criteria, so I should be able to join the beta! Why can't I?? I even created a brand new Basic account and still had the same issue
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Hi @benm12345.
We haven't opened up the Dash Beta to international users yet. If you're located outside of the US, you'll receive an email once its open for your region. We hope that helps answer your question.
Regards,
Emmet
Hey @benm12345, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Have you tried enabling 'early releases' in your account settings, to see if that helps?
Keep me posted.

Thanks Hannah. I checked my main account and this setting was already on - so no luck there.
I also went and turned it on for the new account I created and was still meet with the same error message

That's a shame. Do you have any idea of when it'll be open to the rest of the world?
In the meantime, I'd suggest that updating this page to communicate that to avoid future frustration ![]()
