search on hashtags in Dropbox Paper do not return results

I use Dropbox paper for meeting notes and use hashtags to label the docs by topic. For example, I'll tag meetings notes with a topic like finance or creative. When I use the search function and search on the hashtag where I know I have multiple paper docs, I get the message "no results found. Try different hashtags."

Could you clarify if you're using the website or the Paper mobile app to search for these hashtags? 

Are you able to search for other keywords that don't contain a hashtag?

Thanks. The only keywords that return results are those that are in the title of the Paper doc.

This is through the desktop via a Chrome browser. I do not have Dropbox installed locally.

Ah I see, in that case, could it be that you don't have access to full-text search?

You can confirm that by checking your subscription from the Plan tab.

I wasn't able to open your screen-recording due to security reasons. Which platform do you use on your end? 

If you're using the web, do you notice the same behavior on a different browser too?
