the update of the new iphone app. it does not work. You open it and after 20 seconds it closes automatically. If you upload a file, as it closes itself, it doesn't reach to upload. I closed the app and opened it again and the same thing happens. Then uninstall the app and install it again. and it worked fine for a few hours. and then the same thing happened again.

Hi @Zury, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What version of iOS are you running on your device?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi @Zury1, if you open the Dropbox app, under your Account tab, and settings you should have the option to clear the app's cache.

Can you give this one a go, and let me know if you notice any difference?

The recommendation did not serve. I already delete what they mention. But it still does not work. It continues after a few seconds.

Hi @Zury, thanks for giving that a go.

Can you also clarify what’s the app version of your Dropbox mobile app?

Also, when reinstalling the Dropbox app, did you follow these exact steps?

1) Clear the cache on your Dropbox app.

- To clear your cache, please follow the steps listed below:

Navigate to the “Account” tab

Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen

Scroll to the bottom of the screen

Select “Clear Cache” under "Privacy"

2) Uninstall the Dropbox App

3) Sign out from the App Store

4) Restart your device

5) Sign into the App Store

6) Download and Install Dropbox

7) Try to sign into your Dropbox account
