hi, right mouse on win 11 taskbar with red one notification window that RM opens right side hidden and top line not showing, and the window cannot be moved to see the full window.

i have two tv monitors set up. one with camers 24/7 and my main monitor is a logik tv 1360x768.
been trying to find out where the red one notification is, on the task bar.
hi
my taskbar has top line hidden as well, could the dropbox
sync etc window be made movable so the top line can be seen, my font set up, has the top of the window hidden and i cannot pull down this window to see the top displays this article has shown.
reducing the zoom does nothing
Hi @roylamonby, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you able to change the zoom or DPI settings on the monitor to view the full app?
This will help me to assist further!

hi, nice quick reply, thank you, hope all this helps.
browser zoom down alters the dropbox window, but does not alter the RM open of the task bar window still to big.
last year with new win 11 install I altered the windows fonts so i can see read the screen better, the text size was increased from 100 to 130%
if i reduce the text size down to 100, rm open shows the whole window, icons at the top, but the right side is still not fully showing,
the window should be movable, i think, link showing (at 100%) right side still hidden on my edge browser.
had a look in tv menu no DPI etc to alter.

Thanks for the info. It seems that the second display isn't able to show the full Dropbox desktop application.
As a workaround, you can use Ctrl+click on the Dropbox icon to get access to all the features in the app itself.

hi,
ta again for quick reply and temp solution.
FYI >>
just moved main display to large tv, and looks like your dropbox right mouse open task bar symbol does not take
account of customers settings, main display with task bar icon on it, open it from main display , it goes onto second display-bad.
[Removed as per Community Guidelines]
as can been seen your open window moves a couple on inches into the second display,
the window needs to be adjustable
Could you try reinstalling the app, without uninstalling it first, using this link to see if this helps?
