Business Account back to Personal

How do I change my account back to personal? I needed more space and meant to add to 2GB and accidently signed up for business and now all of my files are gone from my personal account

Hey there (@StLukesUMC), you can easily cancel your trial’s renewal following the steps Pikamander outlined in the resource above however can you let me know a bit more detail on your missing files, just so as to further advise? 
 
Please bear in mind that your files shouldn’t be affected if your subscription changes in any way, although if your account ever gets above its storage capacity sync would pause for the time being before you upgrade again
