Changed plan paid more for less ?

Hi Everyone, 

I don't unsterstand, how to is possible to paid more for less access of dropbox ?

Dropbox ask me to move to Standard or Advanced plan from Legacy Plan

Today with legacy plan, i have 14 peoples works with dropbox for $1900 with all functionnalities and 14 To of the space

Now, if i move to Advanced, i need to paid $2800 for more space, Dropbox increase of 50% of the initial price ?

If i move to Standard of the price $2100, i paid $200 for losing:

  • Disk space move 14 To to 10 To
  • Showcase
  • Viewer history
  • Tiered admin roles
  • Audit logs with file event tracking
  • Single sign-on (SSO) integrations
  • Invite enforcement
  • Phone support

How to that is possible ?  Some one can answer this crazy pricing ?

Kindly note that the pricing changes in some plans reflect the value we’re adding to Dropbox Business with the launch of today’s new features and products.

In our Advanced plan, we’ve added powerful new admin features like device approvals and sub-domain verification to give you even greater control over your data. The pricing changes enable us to continue to invest in building innovative solutions that will bring more value to your business.

If you select the Standard plan, your pricing should remain the same. If you select the Advanced plan, your pricing will increase.

Our new plans take effect a renewal date after you made your choice. Until then, your existing plan will remain the same, with no changes to your pricing or storage.

3 points, i am not agree with you 

  •  I don't paid the same price today i paid $1900 but Standard edition is $2100, dropbox increase of 10%
  • Space Disk is not the same, today i have 14 To with Legacy plan but Standard Plan i get 10 To
  • We lost functionnalities between Legacy Plan and Standard Edition

My company trust to Dropbox 5 year ago, it is because many company like me , trust you Dropbox get the compabilty to growing, now Dropbox force the companies to trust it to select 10% increase for the standard plan with less avantages or 50% increase with same functionnalties.  Honnestly, i am really disappointed of business point of view.

I have 1.3 millions file hosting in dropbox, i can't change in 4 days. I called the support multiples times, any sale people can take time to discuss.

Again to get good relation ship with your customer, it is the key business !

Let me know, if the sale departement want to talk with me ?
