Drop Box attachment displaying incorrectly in e-mail

Hi,

Can anyone help please, when attaching a PDF from my dropbox account into an email the document show does not show as an icon but the whole document is shown/entered into the email body which makes the email huge and awkward to read/view.

Hey there Paul - sorry to hear that.

Could you share a screenshot of what you see and the exact steps you take to do this? 

Does this occur if you download the file and attach it in your email through the attaching options offered from your email service provider? 

Any additional information you think might help our investigation is more than welcome!
