Hey there @matt_geiger - apologies for the tardy reply; I hope my message finds you well.

Now, as per your inquiry, could you please let me know what you'd like to achieve eventually?

I'm only asking since there's no direct way to get such a list via the Activity tab under your Admin's Console but you can filter your search by actions of "non-team member" and go from there depending on your needs.

I hope this helps to some extent Matt and please let me know if there's anything else I can do from my end to assist with this.

What I need is a list of all Non-Members who have beens given access to any files or folders in our Dropbox.

We are trying to get a comprensive list to know what folders or files have been given access to any non-team member.

Thanks

Thanks for the additional information @matt_geiger - much appreciated.

We are always looking for user input regarding our website so I will make sure your comments are passed along to our development team - thank you so much for this feedback.

In the meantime, as I mentioned in my previous response, you can access your 'Activity' tab on this page (https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/activity) and filter your files' activity search using the options that are offered for 'non-team members'.

I know it's not much, yet, I hope it helps to some extent Matt.

Sorry to hear this Freda!

Can you go to your Activity's tab under your Admin's Console (can be found at: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/activity) and type "Non-team..." within the Activity's seacrh field? You should be able to see your options from there.

Let me know if this helped!

PS: I'm attaching a sample screenshot of this so you can get a visual too.
