I can't find my files saved on PC however can find files in my dropbox account online

We have a business account and I'm the admin of the account, have recently installed a new PC and windows 10 operating system & using Office 365. I can't find saved files on my PC saved version of Dropbox, however when I go into my online Dropbox account I can see it all saved, not sure how to resolve this issue

You have the Dropbox client installed and you're signed-in? Not the Dropbox app from the Microsoft Store, but the actual Dropbox client downloaded from the Dropbox website. The app from the store is not a full client and doesn't sync your files locally.

Rich, I have the dropbox client installed , it's obvisouly a sync issue I have - I'm thinking have I accepted a selective sync and it's not loading all my files to the hard drive version?

You can check the Selective Sync settings via this article

The other thing to look at is www.dropbox.com/bad_files_check
