I am trying to sign on. It will not take the password that I have, which was new as/of 3/22/15.
I am BEYOND frustrated. I can find NOTHING on your website which deals with remembering
a password OR establishing a new one. At this point, I don't know if I have an account.
You can see that I have made 3 attempts to get on or establish a new account I don't know what to do. It is urgent that I gain access to a large item which was sent to me last week.
What I was trying to communicate is that I have evidently lost my password.
I don't use dropbox as a rule. In several cases over the years, I have received
message. I have misplaced my password and am requesting a new one.
I need to know the process by which I can accomplish that.
I hope I will be able to do this.
