I have seen a startling number of complaints in just the few short hours since researching DB's unscrupulous practice of charging an annual fee for services individuals never intended to purchase. Then their refusal to refund followed up with more complaints, and so on. Some individuals are refunded and so their "our policy is no refunds on business accounts" is not accurate. They can and do. They should refund all individuals who were hoodwinked into making a purchased the never intended to make. I am an individual who chose to upgrade my account to increase storage by 2GB for $12.50/mo. I was charged $750!!!! It's outrageous. I work hard for my income. I'm a single working mom and can not afford to be robbed by DB of my earnings. $750 is a LOT of money to me. Do the right thing DB and give the people back their money!!
