the revolutionary idea of refunding fraudulent payments for services people unknowingly purchased

I have seen a startling number of complaints in just the few short hours since researching DB's unscrupulous practice of charging an annual fee for services individuals never intended to purchase. Then their refusal to refund followed up with more complaints, and so on. Some individuals are refunded and so their "our policy is no refunds on business accounts" is not accurate. They can and do. They should refund all individuals who were hoodwinked into making a purchased the never intended to make. I am an individual who chose to upgrade my account to increase storage by 2GB for $12.50/mo. I was charged $750!!!! It's outrageous. I work hard for my income. I'm a single working mom and can not afford to be robbed by DB of my earnings. $750 is a LOT of money to me. Do the right thing DB and give the people back their money!!

You were charged that because that is what you signed up and agreed to. It is NOT Dropbox's fault that you've not read the pages when signing up that it is $12.50pp/5 user minimum.

People have to take responsibility for their own actions.

My story is that they claim I have an account, I "trialled" use of DB back in Sept 2017, then in November, the far kerrs fraudulently stole $ 990 from me somehow last year, and again this year. I cannot recall giving my Bank card details at all.  Furthermore, I have NO Acct info/policy **bleep** to back up this Acct's existance, no receipt, nothing on record. During this entire time I have NEVER used DB.

I have managed to retrieve this years $$, but they repeatedly say in their pathetic Siri-style robotic way (DB customer help desk) some dumb assed "Policy" somehow allows them  to steal my freaking money -  that is very far king wrong, its worth injuring DBs staff & CEO for.  their 'trial' and 'Acct' setup system has been created/manipulated in such a fraudulent way. The Feds need to probe into this.
