I noticed over the last couple of days that the auto upload feature for photos to my dropbox (on the app) doesn't work.
I have tried to:
- restart the phone
- reinstall the app
- clear cache
- disable battery optimization
- disable any other photo uploading feature
- disable/re-enable settings
- log off / log in the app
everything I have tried hasn't fixed the auto upload. Any advise would be welcome (I have a samsung S23 phone)
Hey @Rwimbrough4, sorry to hear you're having issues with this and thanks for the report.
Can you please let me know your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?
Have you tried another wifi network or doing this via cellular data since you first noticed this?
