Hi,

I have shared a Dropbox file successfully and the other person can see it, but now I can't see it? Help please. Thanks.

Do you see any history of the folder being created and the files being added to the account from the events page?

 

Since it was a shared folder, it should have the two-person icon on the folder. Do you see the folder in your account online?
