Can't create folder at top level in Dropbox business as team admin

Can't create folder at top level in Dropbox business as team admin

Explorer | Level 4

I can no longer create folders (or delete existing) at the first level of our account. The create button is greyed out. If I try and create a link to the existing folders (that I created) I get a pop up saying I don't have permission... I am the only team admin!?

 

This is negatively effecting the functionality of our whole account. Please advise.

Are you creating the folders while on the main Dropbox page, or while logged into the admin console?

 

This will help me to assist further!

The folders are created on the main Dropbox page, however I just did a test to see if I could do it while logged into the admin console and it worked.  Some of our team members also create folders on the main page that cannot access the admin console, so it is not an effective workaround.

What do Dropbox user levels mean?
