Hello.
I use DropBox as data destination for ProntoForms. I have an issue where certain files are not downloading despite the sync option being set to 'Available Offline'. Other files are downloading normally.
To add to the mystery, the same account setup on a different system is working as expected.
Can you offer any advice? This is causing issues with some of our automation software which is unable to programmatically open the online files.
Hi @MattWheeler, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are the files appearing in your Dropbox folder, but are showing with a cloud icon to indicate they're online-only? Or, are the files not appearing at all?
