Creating new folders boots me to the main Dropbox area

Creating new folders boots me to the main Dropbox area

I'm having an annoying glitch where every time I make a folder, it makes the folder but immediately boots me out to the main Dropbox area. Then I have to navigate back to where I was working. Is this a bug or what's going on?  (I'm working within the browser, not in the app.)

Hey @SparksofEmber, sorry to hear about this.

Have you by any chance cleared your browser's cache since you first noticed this? What about using another browser?

Keep me posted please!

I haven't tried clearing my cache yet but I just tried in Edge (I usually use Chrome) and the exact same thing happened. It boots me out to the main Dropbox area and I get a message that the folder I just created does not exist even though it now does.

And I just cleared my cache and signed back in - same error again.

Thanks for giving that a go, @SparksofEmber

Can you take one extra step and try this via an incognito window on your browser instead?

If the issue persists, I'd like you to send me a screenshot of the error you're receiving, as well as one more showing the newly-created folder.

It still happened. Screenshot attached. The first one shows the Testing folder I made. The second one shows the message I see after I create a new folder and it immediately jumps me out.

Hey @SparksofEmber, sorry to jump in here, but would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
