Dropbox Professional - Administration Tools to see who accessed files and when.

Dropbox Professional - Administration Tools to see who accessed files and when.

Hello,

What kind of access monitoring am I able to do with a Dropbox Professional account?

I want to monitor user access, so: time, name of the account, and number of logins done to my shared folders.

Thank you in advance.

Ilaria

Hey there @STI, I hope you're well today!

With a Professional subscription you can enable viewer info for the files in your shared folders. This will allow you to see when someone last accessed the file and if they're looking at the file at that time.

You can check out more about this feature here.

Allowing viewer info on your shared files will also show when people view the files in the file activity.

These logs are available per file though rather than the files within, but this will allow you to find the details that you're looking for.

Let me know if you have any questions!
