Uploading a PDF with both landscape and portrait images, and using Dropbox Sign….When I am configuring "Signature Boxes", “Date/Initial" boxes etc in Dropbox Sign, it seems that i cannot rotate the signature boxes in PDF’s that contain both landscape and portrait images. And they all default to vertical not horizontal. 

 

Note: It absolutely allows me to rotate in “ME- SIGN NOW” instances with a rotating button (while i'm configuring the signature locations), but when i try to stretch/resize the box while i'm configuring the signature locations, however for other signature clients to sign, its not very cooperative.

Seems like im missing something bc, Im unlikely to be the only person with this challenge.

I'm having the same issue... four months after you flagged the issue with Dropbox. Incredibly frustrating and it's an absolute joke that this still hasn't been fixed.

Hi Megan, how is this not a P1? It seems that signature feature is very broken as it is now. Perhaps you could get a product manager to chime in? It's hard to believe that they would tolerate this if they were actually aware of how broken it is.

First time using Dropbox sign, the document needs a signature and a date I place them and after sending it for signature the received document for some reason has the signature and date moved to the right side of the page and is rotated 90° to the right. I can't even test it again and do something else to see what went wrong because I'm a free member and only have 1 signature left.

Can we get an update on progress, the 'team' have been looking into this for weeks. Something that should be a relatively simple fix, considering it worked correctly previously. Some needs their head wobbled

I seriously have a lack of faith that dropbox is providing attention to the rotated signature issue.  I reported this many months ago and other had reported before me.  This has SIGNIFICANT impact on businesses for providing appropriate documentation.  Please stop putting out notes that you are looking into it...JUST FIX IT.
