Hello - I have a business dropbox account and when I save a file or a co-worker saves a file - we cannot see each others newly saved files in our joint dropbox folders.

Just a few clarifications; if you both sign in to your web accounts on www.dropbox.com, are you able to see the updates each one of you makes?
Are you both updating your files via the desktop app on your computer?

We have the same problem.
Since the dropbox outage last Monday (30th/31st January 2023) all the computers that are connected to our dropbox account have stopped syncing.
We have a mixture of windows PC and Linux computers. With the linux computers they all say Syncing <number> files, Uploading <number> files .. and the windows PC's just say syncing.
We have investigated the issue and the files that are not syncing are files created or modified since the dropbox outage.
Since we have a dropbox business account we have emailed dropbox, but have not received a response.
