I have moved my entire photo / video storage into the cloud.....my folder on my mac is 144.05GB. Online the Dropbox site tells me I have used 134.1 GB........this obviously makes me rather nervous as to what is missing.

Has it finished uploading yet?

There will be a slight discrepancy as Mac's count 1gb as 1000 mb's whereas Dropbox counts it (correctly) as 1024 mb's.

I think its safe to assume its all uploaded.

To be sure why not do a random sample to check random folders and files?

The Dropbox folder on your local drive contains a hidden folder that is used for syncing and for the temporary storage of deleted files. Because of this, your local Dropbox folder will almost always be larger than the space reported as used online.
