Hi uploaded a video and tried to share it with family I get the following error message that I have attached. 

Unable to send message, please try again. Error code: 30

Could you clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know how it goes?

 

If the issue persists, you can also send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
