File Request no longer available?

I have a free basic account. Is this why when I click on the File Request, I have a blank page come up? I don’t seem to be able to create new File Requests.
This used to be a regular feature I used. Is it only for paid accounts now? If I upgrade for a
Month will I be able to create one?

Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser?

 

If you still get the same results, please send me a screenshot so that I can have a visual too.
