File aren't downloading in the app

File aren't downloading in the app

My dropbox is stuck at downloading 5 files - 

It is now at a point that I can even move files from dropbox. It says unexpectedUntitled-1.jpg error

Hi @tot, thanks for posting today.

 

Could you try quitting the app and restarting it to see if this helps with the syncing of the files?

 

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay

 

Thank you for trying to help me understand what is going on here - I have done what you requested and these 5 files is still showing as per image sent. All file afterwards is syncing correctly.
