File uploading to all devices except PC...

Hi,

I can't make sense of why one of my files is not uploading to Dropbox on the Pc app.

Here's the info:

I uploaded a huge video file (3 GB) from my mac to Dropbox around 8pm yesterday. That file has uploaded to Dropbox.com, which I can access on mac, android phone and via my PC on the site.

However, the file has not uploaded to the Dropbox app on my PC. Other files have uploaded there no problem, it's just this one file that hasn't - yet the app says that everything is synced.

Can someone explain to me why I can't view this one file on the Dropbox app, but that I can access it everywhere else?

Many thanks.

This has been solved.

The original filename has ':' in the title. Windows doesn't like the colon and apparently refused to upload the file as a result. I've now renamed the file and the PC app has synced it straight away.

Has it got any illegal characters in its name or directory @fatar760 ?
