Files not transferred from old Mac to new Mac

I was using free dropbox on old mac, bought new mac and upgraded to Plus on it but old Mac is not sharing or registering purchase of new plan. Please help me to access my files from old mac!

Hey @weeks - sorry to hear about this.

 

Have you ensured that you're logged into the same account on both devices?

 

You can check the email address of the account that's logged into the desktop app from the app's preferences under the Account tab.
