How can I link 2 accounts and have again ALL my docs? 3 devices with docs

I have 2different accounts with 2 emails. 3 devices involved.

To get all my docs together I have entered each account, change password.

my surprise? I cannot find my docs!!!
please help!

Hey @Crismarbre, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community!

If you'd like to consolidate the files of one Dropbox account with another one, you can do it either by sharing the files with the account you prefer, or downloading the files to your computer and then uploading them to the account you prefer.

Have you been able to locate your files after signing in to each account?

in fact I did it but I “lost” a lot of information, from years, and I cannot see where they are.

I haven’t delate them.

there are 3 devices involved but I cannot access my laptop.

Any idea how to solve it?

If you go to your events page, do you see any recent events related to those files?

Yes, I see very recent activity but I got docs sínce I joined you

Did the files used to be in the account you're reaching out from? The @Crismarbre one?

They should be in both accounts. The other one is with the email [removed per Community Guidelines]
