Totally sloppy answers. There are two scenarios where one prints from an uploaded document. The above instructions seem to work only for one of the two.
Yes, if I upload a document to my desktop Dropbox ON THE COMPUTER, I can then print no problem. But guess what? when working from a strange computer that requires one to login to Dropbox online, and upload documents there (i.e. to one's Dropbox account in the cloud)--there seems to be a problem with printing. I myself get an error message and I cannot find the menu item that says print.
How does one print in scenario two--from the Cloud?

By clicking the Print icons when previewing or editing a file or, as has been stated, downloading the file and opening it on the computer.

Yes...but you still need to download the file, right. I wish you could print from Dropbox directly to a printer.
