Dear Community, please help me with my difficulty as I'm not very good with IT matters.
Previously, I directed screenshots (Win + PrtSc) via the location address (Properties > Location tab) directly to Dropbox.
However, after upgrading the PC (currently Windows 10 Pro, 2007 edition of MS Office) I cannot direct screenshots to Dropbox anymore, even if changed the location address.
How can I save screenshots directly to Dropbox again? Would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
Hi @lcpang, let's jump right into this!
If I understand this correctly, you wish to backup your screenshots into your Dropbox folder, but this doesn't happen anymore.
Could you confirm that in the Dropbox desktop application preferences, the option for backing up screenshots is enabled?
Let me know more!

Thanks Megan. Yes, I wish to backup my screenshots into my Dropbox folder, but this doesn't happen anymore.
I confirm that in the Dropbox desktop application preferences, the option for backing up screenshots is enabled.
What do you think I should do next?
Hey @lcpang, have you tried turning the option to save your screenshots off and back on again through the app's preferences to see if that helps improve matters at all?
Also, it might sound trivial, but have you re-started your device at all?

Yes, I turned off and on and also restarted the PC. Unfortunately, it did not work. ![]()
Hi @lcpang, would you mind clarifying the Dropbox version you're using on your device?
You can find this by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon, on your task bar, next to your WiFi.
