For some reason there is no access to the backup files from my computer, please look at the screenshots.

The message above isn't entirely clear, so I just wanted to check if you wish to delete your bank info from the account. 

 

Is that the case? If not, feel free to elaborate a bit more.

Hey @Nik10, which plan are you currently on? Is it a paid one of a Dropbox Basic free account?

Paid version. But now it is necessary to suspend payment and in this regard I asked about deleting the bank card.

Hey @Nik10, by suspend payment, do you mean that you wish to cancel your Dropbox subscription? If yes, then your payment method will be automatically removed from the system once your Dropbox account has been downgraded to a free Basic one.
