I cant access a link sent to me by a 3rd party

I received a link from a 3rd party to access a folder of theirs. When I open the link, it tells me that I am out of space, and I should consider upgrading my plan.
Why am I not able to even view these files?

Hi @YoDad

You cannot view them as the sender has not sent you the folder with that as an option. They have sent you a folder with read/write access which requires you to have enough space. To get read only access go back to them and ask for a Read Only shared link 🙂
