Hey,

I would like to ask - I have a problem with the full synchronization of folders.

I only use a company account, listed in all folders as "can edit."

If I'm logged in through google chrome, I can see all the folders without a problem. In the finder, though, I go to the company's dropbox, click through to the destination folder, but I don't see all the subfolders, but i can see them in browser.

Sync icon is not shown on the app, nor on the folders in the finder. We tried to reinstall the dropbox and log out the account and log in again.

Could someone give you some advice on what the problem might be?

Hi @viktorievok, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do the folder names have any invalid characters that could be affecting the folders from since to the computer?

Have you enabled selective sync for these folders?

This will help me to assist further!

Heey,

I have to apologize, my colleagues and I have been going through all the settings. We went through “preferences” to “sync” and chose “select folders.”
We found out that we didn’t have all the folders marked and that this was a fundamental error of the whole situation.

Thank you very much for your willingness and time.

Have a great day
