When I try to upload a PDF in gmail, I get error "Job reached maximum retry attempts". 

 

How I can fix it?

Appreciate the update.  Unfortunately, when I try to upload pdf's now, the extension says they were uploaded succesfully - but the files are "broken" (78kb) and won't open.

So it will let me save the document, however when I try to open it it says that the file cannot be opened, may be corrupt. Argh!

As noted by others, I can now save Gmail attachments to Dropbox, but the pdf document is corrupted and doesn't open properly.  We're halfway there!

I tried this today: I turned off the Chrome setting that allows PDFs to open in the browser. Then I reloaded Chrome, opened Gmail, and tried saving a PDF to Dropbox. It worked successfully, and the PDF wasn't corrupt. I don't know if that's the solution, but I went back and changed the setting back because that made it impossible for me to print from Google Sheets. So even if it's A solution, it's still not THE solution.

It used to be just PDF files. Now it doesn't save Word document . . . .

It worked for a few days when I updated my chrome browser but now it doesnot. Looks like dropbox is trying to fix it as per response when trying to down load
