From a library of photos taken with phone and loaded to desktop, we transfer edited pics to different sales platforms.
Lately, some of the pics show up on the platforms turned sideways or upside down and no amount of turning them into the correct position seems to work. Any idea what's causing that kind of problem?
Thanks for any help -

A photo's orientation is set by the device that takes the photo and that information is stored in the photo's EXIF data. Dropbox doesn't control this. It's up to the platform displaying the photo to read that data to see how a photo should be rotated.

Thanks very much - haven't been doing any editing on the camera - editing orientation, color, etc. after photo is transferred to desktop - will edit orientation on the camera before transferring.
Thanks again.
Rich, you should already have received my earlier thanks, but if not...have been editing photos on desktop - tried editing on the camera for orientation and it worked! Thanks very much -
