Move the files out of the Dropbox folder on your computer. If they're moved out of the Dropbox folder they will be removed from your account.

I can only guess for a Mac, but likely under your home directory somewhere/

Do you have Camera Uploads enabled? https://www.dropbox.com/help/307

My drop box is full. I don't want to pay for more space. How can I get ALL my pictures back and not loose them from my drop box?

Hey Lesa,

I'd suggest moving them from your Dropbox folder onto your hard drive (anywhere on your computer that's not your Dropbox Folder). This will free up space in your Dropbox and the files will be on your computer, safe and sound.
