Paper sharing within a business team account

It would be super great to allow all members who are on the DB Business account to view all papers; as of now, when I transfer monthly end of day recordings to a separate paper, no one can see the past notes without sending another link to view. I think it's a tad ridiculous to do so. Is there a way to default sharing with the team instead of all the added steps to share it with them? These papers are internal only, so they don't need an invite.
