I created several client folders for team members and was able to "share" access to all about a week ago. Today - one of my colleagues no longer has access to several of the folders. When I try to "share" to dropbox and readd - I get the response of "parent folder is 1 folder over limit". I've tried to delete folders/subfolders -still getting same response.
Hey @mbvogeler, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you trying to share the parent folder with your colleague, or its subfolders?
Can you also send me a screenshot of this error message, so I can check it out?
Cheers!

I've attached 3 screen shots - the first is the folder view; the second is how it looked earlier in the week for all folders - I was able to click on the "share" button and it would bring this screen and show me who has acccess; the third is how half of the folders are coming up not - unable to view who has access.
Thanks for the info and the screenshots here.
Would you mind clarifying if you're in a Dropbox Business team or are you all using individual accounts?
If you're in a Business team, can you let me know if the LGIA Clients folder is a folder inside the team space?
And are you the owner of the folders?

I am not the owner - I am the admin for the company - we recently switched admins and had to move "ownership" to the actual owner of the company as the previous admin's email is no longer valid. I then invited all co workers to view/edit folders from their own dropbox account. If there is a better way to do this - let me know. I am not familiar with using "team" folders or account. The owner does have business account associated with her email.
Hi @mbvogeler, feel free to take a look into this Help Center article.
Also, do you have any other subfolders within subfolders that could be shared with different permissions on your account?
This will help me to assist further!

all of the folders that you see in the first screen shot are subfolders of LGIA Clients and withing each of those are additional subfolder. Several of the subfolders are visible and have been shared with team members.
Hey @mbvogeler, and sorry for jumping in here.
Did you, by any chance, take a look at the article @Megan included above?
Is there any possibility that what's described there applies to your case?
