I've added my business partner to our corporate dropbox account so that we can both send out contracts. He send one out that is currently "in progress" a few days ago. He's out of town on vacation and asked me if I could resend for him. I see the file labeled "in progress" but it's asking me to fill everything out again like I'm sending a new dropbox sign pdf. I just want to resend the client the link to sign, can I do that from my business login? Does my business partner have only access to signature links he sends out? I don't see why that would be a thing since we are under the same dropbox business account and share the same folders.

Can you please clarify if you're using DocuSign or Dropbox Sign?

 

And are you trying to do this through the Dropbox website?

 

If possible, please guide me through the steps you're following, so I can assist you further.
