Selective sync froze on a single file for hours

Hello to everyone reading

 

I just came back to work after annual leave, and dropbox app really doesn't like to be left out of the loop for too long. We store lots of terabytes on db and every longer non-syncing period usually ends in a rough start. The same happened today, however it got to a ridiculous amount - the app has been frozen on one .srt file (4KB), being uploaded with 100-600kb/s with 1sec remaining for 6 hours already...

Restarting the PC doesn't help, killing all the dropbox processes doesn't help, clicking "sync next" doesn't help either. Neither clearing out the cache. I'm out of ideas.

Is there anything more I could do?

Hi  @fiszdl, sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

 

Could you try rebooting your computer and updating to the latest version of the app from this page and let us know if the app is still stuck at the same number of files?

The number seems to have changed, but nothing more to report, still stuck
