Send for Signature - Preparing Document Goes to White Screen

I've been using DropBoxSign/HelloSign successfully with no problem regularly. Today, when I send a document for signature, I get the "preparing document" spinning square and then it quickly goes to a white screen. (No issues with Dropbox. I can see the list of documents I have previously sent for signature with no problem.) It just will not finish preparing a document for signature so I can then add the boxes and send it out.

 

I have no idea what to do.

Hi there @TLHLight, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Is this happening with only a specific doc of yours or is it affecting all docs you send out for signature? 

 

Can you maybe clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if this persists?

 

If it does, we'd appreciate a screenshot as well.
